2 Onions - chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup canned baby peas, drained
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayo (lite is OK)
salt and pepper to taste (1 plus tbsp)
brown onions until carmalized
in food processor, process nuts, onions, and eggs
add peas, mayo and salt & pepper
process until smooth
Serves 4-6
